According to a report published on the 16th by Brazils Ministry of Agriculture, agricultural export value reached $166.55 billion, a 4.8% year-on-year increase, accounting for nearly half (49%) of the countrys total exports. In grain exports, Brazil shipped 193.02 million tons, a 24.3% increase, representing 60.3% of the 2022/2023 harvest. This substantial growth highlights Brazils critical role in global food supply.
In Brazils agricultural export structure, soybeans and related products dominate, accounting for 40.4% of total agricultural exports, followed by meat products (14.1%) and forestry products (8.6%). This structure demonstrates Brazils agricultural diversity and competitiveness across different product sectors.
